- improve the reassurance text around forms delivery and returns information
- write customer-facing product pages
- improve the effectiveness of calls to action, transactional and confirmation emails
- improve post sales support copy, online help and customer service emails
- cut costs by helping people troubleshoot better online — and keeping them out of call centres
